Booking an Appointment

Note: PayPal and credit or debit card payments are accepted for online scheduling only.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

We provide a 20-minute grace period for your appointment. If you do not arrive within this window, you will need to reschedule.

Please reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment if you cannot attend. You may transfer your initial deposit once. If you reschedule a second time, you will need to pay another deposit for the new appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to fill your spot and accommodate other clients. We understand that unexpected events can occur, but cancellations without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Your hair must be 3 to 4 inches long and in healthy condition.
  • All appointments require a $40 deposit. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to your total service cost.
